EE customers can now activate their six month free trial of BT Sport, the first tie-up between the network and its new parent company.
As announced earlier this month, the offer is open to all consumer and small business users with a pay monthly handset, tablet or SIM only price plan and includes unlimited viewing via the BT Sport app.
Live matches and on demand content can be watched over EE’s 4G network or via wifi.
To sign up for the offer and register for a BT ID, customers must text ‘SPORT’ to 150 from any EE handset, or call customer services, then download the BT Sport App to login.
At the end of the free six months the service can be retained for £5 per month on a rolling 30 day contract.
Marc Allera, CEO, EE, said: “As the UK’s biggest and fastest network, we’re always looking at ways to allow our customers to get the most out of their network experience.
“The BT Sport offer is the first in a series of benefits we’ve planned for this summer which together will highlight EE as offering an unrivalled network experience for those wanting to make the best from their smartphone.”
